These Terms of Use govern your use of Magnifier Zoom + Microscope HD ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. App Purpose

Magnifier Zoom + Microscope HD provides tools such as digital magnification, camera zoom, microscope-style viewing, OCR text reading, image filters, and related visual assistance features.

The App is intended for general utility and convenience purposes only. It should not be relied upon for medical, professional, safety-critical, diagnostic, or emergency purposes.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time purchases that unlock premium features.

Available subscription options, prices, billing periods, and trial offers are displayed within the App before purchase.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Auto-renewable subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

You can manage or cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

3. Free Trials

Some subscription plans may include a free trial. If a free trial is offered, the duration and the subscription price that applies after the trial will be displayed before purchase.

Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the displayed price.

4. Lifetime Purchase

The App may offer a Lifetime purchase as a one-time, non-consumable purchase. A Lifetime purchase does not automatically renew.

Lifetime access applies to the premium features associated with the purchased product for as long as those features and the App remain available and supported.

5. Restore Purchases

Eligible previous purchases may be restored using the "Restore Purchases" option available within the App.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the App.
  • Attempt to bypass subscriptions, purchases, or premium access controls.
  • Use the App in a way that could damage or disrupt the service.

7. Camera and OCR Accuracy

Magnification, OCR, image enhancement, stabilization, and other camera-related results may vary depending on device hardware, lighting, camera quality, text quality, movement, and other environmental factors.

We do not guarantee that OCR results, magnification results, or detected information will always be complete or accurate.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its software, design, branding, graphics, and related content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the App for personal use in accordance with these Terms, but you may not copy, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or reproduce the App except where permitted by law.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific magnification performance, OCR accuracy, or compatibility with every device or operating system version.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.

11. Changes to the App

We may update, modify, add, or remove App features from time to time in order to improve functionality, maintain compatibility, comply with legal requirements, or improve the user experience.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

13. Apple's Terms

Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's applicable terms and conditions.
