Welcome to Burnout AI. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile application and related coaching services. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Description of Service

Burnout AI offers structured 12-week recovery paths, customized behavioral insights, and AI-driven lifestyle coaching modules to help users identify, manage, and prevent professional and personal exhaustion states.

2. Subscriptions and Purchases

Certain features of the app are provided via premium subscription models (including Monthly or Annual Pro Access tracks). Payments are routed securely through the Apple App Store framework and managed securely via RevenueCat integrations.

  • Free Trials: Subscription plans may offer an introductory trial window. Unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the conclusion of the trial, the selected tier charges automatically.
  • Cancellations & Refunds: You may modify or terminate subscription structures at any point directly within your App Store settings panel. Refunds are governed exclusively by Apple App Store billing protocols.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the application solely for lawful purposes and personal personal wellness tracking. You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or systematically extract proprietary algorithmic response architectures or structured coaching prompts deployed within the platform environment.

4. Limitation of Liability
