By downloading or using Neon Racer: Cyber Highway 86 ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

1. Use License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

2. Intellectual Property

The App, including all source code (React Native, Expo), car skins (Neon Ghost, Crimson Fury, etc.), environment assets (Neon City, Arctic Grid), and collision logic, remains the exclusive property of Muhammad Nouman Imran.

3. Virtual Items & Progress

Game progress, high scores, and fuel collected are stored locally on your device via Zustand persistence. We are not responsible for data loss if the App is deleted or the device is cleared. There is no monetary value assigned to in-game currency or items.

4. Third-Party Ads

The App utilizes Google AdMob to provide advertisements. By using the App, you agree to the display of such advertisements. Your interaction with ads is subject to the privacy policies of the respective ad providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately upon being posted.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.
